Place Order Loading Taking Long Time to Process

Hi,
I realized that at the end Check Out when click Place Order button, place order process is running very long. it takes about 1 minute until the process is complete. I know this after being told by my buyers. I've turned off all plugins except the default plugin from Good Store but process still running long.
I have to include login details, If you want to try or want to turn off some plugins, please activate Maintenance Mode.
One more thing, when the process place order, the spinning icon not visible unless we scroll up, how to make the spinning icon can be in the middle of the screen?
