Customize shipping options

Hi there,
Would like help with a few things. I want to have specific shipping options and shipping costs for each product. I would like these options to appear before checkout instead of the standard "Calculate Shipping" option you have now. How can I do this?
e.g. On this product I have these shipping options http://www.minigallery.co.uk/Gail_Stathakis/room1/art48829/ (see DELIVERY).
Whereas on this product I have these shipping options http://www.minigallery.co.uk/Gail_Stathakis/room1/art50336/ (see DELIVERY).
