Site conflict when installing or trying to activate JaW Shortcodes plugin

I am unable to activate the JaW Shortcodes plugin on my site. When I try to do so, I get either a blank page or the following error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in .../wp-content/plugins/jaw-shortcodes/editor/dialogs/author.php on line 8.In order to try to resolve this issue and pinpoint the exact source of the error, I have already:
- Had my hosting company increase the memory on my server
- Disabled all other plugins on the site
The only plugin that results in error upon activation is JaW Shortcodes. Please help me resolve this issue so that I can utilize the GoodStore theme.
