background image not displaying full width

I once had my background image at full width and now it has a left/right padding or margin to it and not sure what occurred. My settings are: Theme Style: Full Width and Wide Version: On. I even removed the image, re-uploaded it, changed to different settings and reverted back with no change. Can someone assist?
