responsive issues

take a look at my site: www.fervidfit.comas you adjust the browser screen you will see how the responsive behaves. but there is one point that the slider is HUGE. it basically covers the entire screen. i didn't see this happening before so i dont understand what's going on.Also, take a look at the instagram widget area on the home page. as you adjust the screen size, it overlaps with the blog widget area. how can i fix this so the spaces between these always stays?
