JAW slider changes

HelloI'm working on a site http://kompanehf.portal.is/wordpress/. I changed the slider height on the frontpage and some other CSS settings also. As you can see now the slider jumps a little bit when it has finished sliding to the left.I know these customizations are maby not something that is supported but is there any way you guys can help me with fixing this "jump" ?
