How to access Revolution Slider Instagram plugin .zip?

I want to use Revolution slider to bring in an Instagram feed. The instructions ask me to upload the .zip file, however it was not included in the theme download. Can you please let me know if this is possible? Or do I need to re-purchase revolution slider in order to access this functionality?
