Incompatibity with wordpress-2.4.0 and woocommerce 2.4

Hi Team<br>A lot has been messed up on my website after the automatic wordpress update .Its now shows outdated theme files on my website and in the system status below.goodstore/woocommerce/archive-product.php,goodstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.php,goodstore/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php,goodstore/content-product.phpversion 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,goodstore/content-product_cat.phpversion 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,Due to this the carousal which was displaying the category "mustbuy" on my website is now displaying any category in random order.Attaching credentials in the processs.Can you please help me fix this?Thanks/
