Add to Cart button disappears on Mobile and Tablet

Guys I am having problems with the add to cart button. it is there and works great on desktop but on tablet and mobile it disappears, forcing me to add item to wish list then go to wishlist and add to cart.Needless to say this does not work for mobile customer.Help please
