Theme Options empty

Hey there! I picked up the Goodstore theme for a customer and had a working first build. But after the customer wanted a refit, a fresh, clean WP installation (freshly downloaded from wp) with only the theme (newest version from Envato) and recommended plugins comes up with an empty theme options screen...

I know, I know (or at least I think I know that much): most likely a variation of the old javascript problem, but I cannot find the cure. Any ideas?
