Favicon not working please Help!

Hi,I get this message, even though the favicon is 16 px 16 px and 1 k aprox or less, I tried also png, gif and png favicon files
The css file "/home/codsel/webapps/jdec/wp-content/themes/goodstore/css/custom-styles.css" is not writeable.
