Catalog Mode Issue with Cart Availability

We purchased and installed the theme yesterday on our dev server. We have 5 questions:1. Why are we seeing "Add to Wishlist" twice on product pages?2. We set the site to be in catalog mode. Why are we able to add wishlist products to the cart?3. The product page is displaying a "View Product" button. Where do we turn that off?4. Where do we turn the "categories" off on the product page?5. On the demo site, the "Login" in the top bar has a "register" option. How can we get that to display?
