Mobile View Display Image showing but Custom Text below is not showing

Hi. I have created a page which displays images and the relevant text underneath the image. However, on Mobile View (Samsung S5 or iPhone 5) the text does not appear underneath the image. Please see screenshots attached. Also, how do I avoid pixelation of images on mobile view? Please advise what size I should upload the images as so that they look good on both desktop view and mobile view. Thank you.
