enable/disable the "featured footer" at different pages

hi,
the "featured footer" is a very smart idea :-)
but if i have two widgets like "top rated products" - one at the sidebar and one in at the featured footer in one page, it apperas twice. my question: can i enable or disable the featured footer individualy at the page ? so i can decide, where the featured footer appears.
