FAQ Accordion Title Not Showing Up?

Hi there, using the Goodstore theme.For some reason- when adding a new FAQ item- the title is not showing up at all. You can see the blank question on the "The Ordering Process" section. The plus sign shows up, and it collapses out to the answer- but the title is just blank. Is this a CSS issue? If you could assist that would be great.Thanks!
