Theme now blank after Wordpress update

Without forethought, I updated Wordpress to the new version, then updated the Goodstore theme to latest version without checking to see if they were compatible. Well, now it is broke. All I get is a blank page no matter what I try. I can't even access my dashboard at all.I added info so you can access and see what is going on.Help. :)
