My logo is not appearing

Hi, I have used many themes and never had this issue before. I checked the documentation and made my log 400px x 138px and checked the Retina Ready option as per your instructions. My logo is a png without background. I tried to upload it and it doesn't appear. Can you please assist me in getting this work. Cheers Kinnear
