Revolution Slider - Issues during install

The Revolution Slider isn't installing properly. Each time, the zip is uploaded, it says that the header file for the zip is corrupted/missing.Stated:You can't activate it after install, so you have to go to plugins to activate it.Even then, it shows up as a suggested install despite being installed.Said, the Revolution Slider section does not look like what it should appear to look, it's not properly formatted and several of the scripts are no loading.When I went to upload some examples, the [import slider] button says 'Java Script' void(0)Again, please check the install - something doesn't appear to be right. I and my hosting provider went over alot of settings to make sure everything was working properly.
