Two Proceed to Checkouts/Striper Freezing/Bundle has Outdated WooCommerce Files! URGENT

Hey guys, sorry to have to bring this on you but as an urgent matter where I have non profits contacting us. For some reason after updating, we have on our cart page "two proceed to checkouts and shipping" sections.As well the credit card was freezing when trying to pay for an item.When I put the magnifyer on, it cuts off half of the images.And I've had this for my system status problem that says:
goodstore/woocommerce/emails/email-header.phpversion 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,goodstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.phpversion 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8,
