WooCommerce 2.3.8 Cart version out of date

Today I have upgraded to Woocommerce 2.3.8 and I have the following error under System Status:
goodstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.phpversion 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8,When someones try to see the cart page it sees two basket Totals showing the same information.
