not recognize that I'm logged in as Admin in the Front End

Hello,I´m having some issues.When I log in as administrator and open a new window to view the result of changes, at the top, in the Top Bar > Connect Icon/button , I still see the login form and register. The system does not recognize that I'm connected.this also occurs with other user accounts other than the administratorEven if filling out the form and hit the button , I get a message that I'm connected correctly but a little below reappear 2 forms: access and register. Therefore I can not access my account page. my- account.php has a left sidebar, but I just see a full width page.I tried uninstalling all plugins , but still not work.Could you please take a look and try to find out what happens??Thank you very much in advance.
