First, products listed on the homepage etc are either being cropped (as shown) or squished to fit into the defined spot. I would like to have the image scaled down (not squished) to fit into the spot and not being cropped. Is this possible? I tried what was said on a previous thread but to no avail.

Also, along the lines of images, every product on the individual product page is being blown up. They are being cropped or squished, but it's making them much bigger than the original image size and is making them look low quality, this also affects the magnifier (as shown). There are other products that are being made even larger. How can I define how large I want these images to be?
