Update problem with cart

I updated to v 2.1.2 and the dashboard plugin area is wierd, (in the middle of the page instead of to the left) and now the numbers to increase/decrease the quantity to the cart are messed up on the product page and in the shopping cart page, and the "proceed to checkout" is in the middle of the "shopping cart totals" area also..
please advise
