Style settings changed

I have woken up this morning to find my site's style settings all changed. The logo in the header is all of a sudden huge, the fonts selected for the main menu etc are gone, the footer is blue and the background colours are changed. When I went to bed everything was looking good and working as it should, so I'm very confused as to what has happened without me doing anything?
