Woocommerce 2.3.3 update and Paypal payment method issue.

Hello,
We have set up a sandbox Paypal account for testing purposes and it was working great.
After the latest Woocommerce update, eventhough Paypal is enabled as a payment method, it doesnt appear as enabled in the Checkout Tab in Woocommerce settings, and if we add a product to the cart and go to checkout Paypal does not appear as a Payment option.
Any ideas why this is happening?Thank you.
