Add to cart not showing in older IE browsers

Hi,problem is that customers don't see add to car button on older browsers. We recieve calls from customers that they cannot shop at our store.This is screenshot from IE emulation mode for IE 8 i don't know if this is the woocommerce or the template related problem and if this is causing users not being able to see add to cart button?
