topbar login button always goes to wp-login.php

  • When I click the login button  on the top-bar, it always goes to wp-login (wordpress loginform).

    TO prevent this, I made login page and set it like below in the theme option.

    But, still when i click login button, I go to wp-login.php. I think the option setting is not working..

    Is this a bug? or, please tell me how to do to prevent to link to wp-login.php
