Thanks for this, it all works apart from lightbox. Please can you fix this for me as when you click on the main image it just pops up with a black screen.

I just compared both the files so you went in goodstore theme /woocommerce folder? the single-product folder? Then you copied the new files into product-image.php? and had the original as _product-image.php?

I spoke to wp-engine and said anyone can log in with the right details. I use filezilla and it works fine everywhere for me. What message are you getting when you log in?

https://www.penandpaper.co.uk/product/lamy-safari-fountain-pen/ doesnt give a save percentage, same on the cateogry pages. its the products with variations. single products are fine. you can also see this on the staging website

There was an error on my side , in the css file, works now. Can you tell me how to change the sale button to on offer and i will do it in the ftp. Also i have just noticed on my phone the drop down menu the font is white, how do i change to black?

There isnt any caching on the tging website so when ur changing the css on the website it should be fine
